I have an old Microtec 4000 Control Panel. The Operating Manual stated ITEC Security Products Ltd. Does this Company still exist for parts as I can't trace them?

No. Itec became aritech ... then was bought out twice and then became GE.

Parts for Itec equipment became obsolete many years ago
