Yeah I know what your saying, DM still make you go on their (how to fit a hard drive) course to change the HD's on their units so for a guy not in the game it could be a gamble...agreed.

DVR from Avermedia also very good and the price is OK

We have also been impressed with the Avermedia recorder. Using a remote is a bit of a pain but has reduced the 'fiddle factor.
