I have to say that what I saw posted hardly constituted defaulting info, to me defaulting info means information which would help a person default a device.

A think the rule is there for good reason but what I read didn't breach the rule IMHO

Sorry Guys, But yet again certain members disagree on the difference between 'default' and 'defaulting' -I used the internet and found many articles refering to the default codes for many panels-One would assume that others have access to the world wide web too!.

Now if I'd said "power down completely,reapply power and *************************************" this will reset the panel to factory settings including user codes!-then my backside is crying out for a public smacking .

I was mearly looking at the possibilty that after such a prolonged power outage the NVM etc could have croaked.
