Can anyone tell me where I can obtain a handbook for a OPTIMA XM6 intruder alarm box

Just bought a house, previous owner doesnt know code, the damn thing went off whilst i was sanding the wall, disconnected mains and extra battery, would appreciate any suggestons on how to reset or where to get hold of a manual
