Buy a Klockner Muller one in RS and you can add contacts to it to suit the job, most good electrical wholesalers will have similar in stock

Depends on how secure you want it, CEF or Neweys stock one that uses a Ronis 255 key, same as that fits cherry pickers, etc. trouble is theyre all the same key, and every sparks has got one !

Maplins used to sell a cheapo one, RS sell a very secure one pt No. 377-633, for about a tenner, and some cheaper ones. try
