August 4, 200817 yr comment_206328 It has come to light that there is an issue (how extensive it is not known) where on the above panels with software version 4.10 or 4.11 installed after September 2003, that when a log is printed as to identifying which user fob was used incorrect data is obtained from the panel. Clearly this has major implications as to any suggestion of a system being switched off prior to a break in. Has anyone heard anything?
