I got a Vista VVRD4V9C the other week....

All set up and working, but just wondering whether it would work with an Infrared Illuminator like the DENNARD DM/2020!?!?

Are you certain that the Colour dome will work under IR lighting?

I would check with Norbain to be certain that the dome has a day night function and not just a colour camera with an IR cut filter!

Always best to be safe than sorry especially when paying over

good point we use the vvrd and its a day night, but if its not a day night then it wont, as stuart says colour cams have ir cut filters, so wont work with ir at all.

Its a colour only cam not an auto switching colour black and white so it wont work with IR.
