I would suggest a Gardtec 490x with eol or a 595 with the expansion modules.

Gardtec G800 or better G816, comes with 16 zones straight out of the box if using EOL or if you can't suss that use as SP loop both are programmable options

(now don't you lot start on me about sp loops - its diy domestic :rolleyes:).
