I need an engineer to re-program and service my Scantronic 9800.

I'm in Monkseaton, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear.

I've changed the battery and that didnt sort it, so I seek a pro.

Way too far for me to travel but I'm sure you will get help from someone, the 9800 was a very popular panel so most experienced engineers will have no problem programming it for you. Good luck.

Have you any more information on the problem you may have.

The keypad doesnt light up at all. it still beeps. and i cant set the alarm.
