I have been looking after my alarm system since my installer went into liquidation a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I now need the engineers code. The kit is Cooper Menvier TS790. I am awaiting a response from Coopers. I do have the master code already.

Any suggestions welcomed

hi we can't tell you how to get a engineers code in a public forum. Cooper probably won't be much help as you can't verify its for your system. However it can be done easily. Look for a local installer in your area and he will be able to do it in about a hour.

Unfortunately only your installer will know that code.

The engineer code can be defaulted back to factory settings, but you will need an engineer who knows this panel.

Give your local companies a ring, I'm sure one of them will be able to help you out.
