April 7, 200818 yr comment_194441 Hi there! I stumbled upon this fine site while googling this problem. I just hope any of you guys can help me out. I suffered a mains-out a few days ago and now a couple of the control panel zone led's are constantly flashing while in day (unset) mode. They are zones 3 & 4. I tried arming then disarming the system but still no change. When arming the system the 2 offending led's flash very quickly while the exit countdown is sounding but the system does seem to arm ok but this is to my untrained eye as it were. I haven't actually needed to arm the system since the problem started but will be needing to do so quite soon so any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks. April 7, 200818 yr comment_194476 Think you will find that you need a new batt for the panel 2.1ah but best get a local engineer to fit as may req re progg after power failure with bad batt www.AllanMoncrieffAlarms.com Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/22835-paragon-e-problem/#findComment-194476 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 April 8, 200818 yr Author comment_194496 Thanks very much for the reply. I must admit I know nothing about my alarm system so will follow your advice and get an engineer to sort out the battery for me. Thanks again! April 8, 200818 yr comment_194504 You may find that the leds relate to the powered zones on your system and its blown a fuse but as mentioned you will need an engineer as you could do more damage.
