March 11, 200818 yr comment_192857 at least your client did not ask for neon indicators to be fitted to the decoys and the real sirens. i had a bull of a row over this early days of trading, i simply would not entertain it. so they had a sparks fit further decoys with the neons on - mains fed i've used the very large self flashing LED's hooked up to a pack of 6 'C' batt's. just like ordinary torch bulbs used in door entry front panels, if you run them at lower than the rated voltage, they last a lot longer and use less current B) . regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!! March 11, 200818 yr comment_192863 I would have sold them a second live box. Failing that, Pyronix, Gardtec and Klaxon make dummy LED modules. If I recall they need a permanent 12v suppl though. You can get battery powered ones on ebay.
