Anyone know where i can get the following at a decent cost?

Hand held cable length meter , video bar generator.(PAL)

All the ones i have seen so far cost a packet ! I'm not looking for anything flash.

kep a check ebay, search for a fluke 520 which is a CAT5 tester, i use mine with 2 blocks made from speaker connectors for quick connection.

gives cable legnth, resistance and wire map as well as distance to short or break fault.
