February 23, 200818 yr comment_191513 Ok, I am needing to replace my bellbox on my Yale alarm system. The new bellbox is circular (old one is square type) and so i'm gonna need to get new holes drilled and that isnt a prob, but I do need to know what to use to repair the holes that were originally drilled for the system to be put in?? (Please don't reply with how **** these system apparently are. I have moved from 2500 series to 3500 series and now on a hybrid 3500/6400 series and they have never false alarmed on me, and i have found them to be excellent. I cannot afford to get a pro alarm installed (as much as i would like one). Nor do I really need one. I live in a country locale where there is very very little crime. My lane has 30 - 40 houses and only 3 now have alarms. There was 4 but one house has their pro system removed.) Thanks for your help guys! Thanks for your help guys! 1st take the old box off 2nd fill the holes with some clear silicone 3rd drill the new holes for the new box 4th as your drilling the holes 'finger, dab and blow' the brick dust over the siliconed holes normally gets good results Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/22388-question-about-replacing-bellbox/#findComment-191529 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
