May 4, 200422 yr comment_12386 I have tried all suggestions - thankyou all. Unfortunately the thing is still the same. I have replaced the PiR with new, checked all fuses, the control panel is not in tamper. I do not know the engineers code. The panel will now not show any lights bar the power light. My wife pressed the code then enter when she initially got the control board out of tamper mode. If I need a new box, can someone please advise on a replacement. May 6, 200422 yr comment_12602 Try removing the mains power and back up battery. Then reconnect mains power only and enter user code when alarm sounds. Alarm should stop, if not try 0123. Replace battery and lid if all is well. You should be left with power light on and day light on. If this dosnt work do an NVM reset. If that dosnt work nothing will. Optima G3 is the nearest equivalent panel, very reliable. May 6, 200422 yr comment_12612 Get your local installer to replace it with a Optima G3. A good quality panel with loads of features for a reasonable price. Good luck Let us know how it works out.
