Hi All,

Customer has lost user code and we do not have the engineers code for this panel. Does anyone have any simple solutions to get around this without having to re-program alarm panel.

when you same "customer" you do know there only 1/2 a dozen button to press on this "cutting edge" system to prog up after default ;)

correct, we still have a few of these things going strong lol. we always get lads asking how the hell to get in to e/e time set up :lol:

O/P: it has most likely gone back to defaults, something they tend to do.
