May 2, 200422 yr comment_12230 Hi, 5 years ago I installed a Veritas Alarm for my in-laws and forgot it came with a lifetime labour and parts warranty. The latest fault is an intermittent alarm due to Tamper. I thought this would be straight forward to fix by wiring out half of the tamper cicuit to find which half was causing the tamper but even if I install a link between the 2 Tamper terminals on the PCB it still goes off intermitantly. I have checked the 12V rail which is OK. I have re-set the alarm and performed a total power off/power on. Am I missing something obvious? in advance. May 2, 200422 yr comment_12235 It could be a Bellbox tamper as opposed to a detector Global tamper.... So have you tried looping out the bellbox tamper..? ........................................................
