October 13, 200718 yr comment_181028 just wiring a new bell box to an optima xm6 panel. the old box was wired as- strobe +ve blue strobe -ve white tamper return yellow (T) 0 volts green (A) 12v +ve red (D) trigger -ve black (B) the new bell box is a lyntec has contacts for hold +ve hold -ve tg- stb- return is this correct hold +ve red hold -ve green tg- black stb- white return yellow tamper return and 0 volts are linked in the panel. October 14, 200718 yr Author comment_181050 Looks OK, but take that link out from Ov and the Tamp return when you fit the new box. thanks for the replies. looks like i have a faulty bell box then. i have connected it up and the siren just sounds continuously and the strobe does not flash, plus entering the code on the panel does not silence it. i will double check the wiring to make sure.
