can anyone help me find a instalation or a engineers manual for a menvier TS700 control panel

when i put the engineers code in the display says engineer on site and i cant get out of engineers mode and the alarm keeps arming itself when it shouldnt

can anyone help or even some advise would be good

WHEN YOU PUT THE ENGINEER CODE IN THE DISPLAY SHOULD SHOW E1

SYTEM IS NOW IN PROGRAMMING MODE

WHEN YOU EXIT ENGINEER MODE IT WILL SHOW ENG ON SITE

ENGINEER MANUAL IS AVAILABLE TO BONA FIDA ENGINEERS AT THE MENVIER WEB SITE

Also, to clear the eng on site message, enter customer code then press ESC, dispay should then change to OPEN
