yeah, 5yrs down the line, and i'm sure it will have been disconnected from monitoring ect.

What the O/P needs to do is contact some local firms explain it is ex-//.Large National Installer.// and get one of them round to check it over, even if not at fault now it will be soon if it hasn't been seen for 5yrs+.
