Sorry mate. I can't help you any further until I know what they are connected to.

i have changed the wires around all works ok but the alarm dont ring out side if i put the white wire to the strobe will this work

there is that many wires in the control panel not sure but im certain that the white was connected to a other wire

the white may have been the + for the strobe, and linked into the + bell.

i have put the white in to the stobe with the blue still the same if the alarm rang out side it would be fine that all is wrong
where abouts in Yorkshire are you ?
