Can any one help how do you reset this alarm new house and dont know the code :no:

I would suggest you either speak to the previous owners of the property and try and obtain the code or speak to Yale the manufacturers.

I doubt you will get an engineer to call and fix the fault it, as this alarm is DIY panel

If you manage to get the code you need, you might find this of some help
