It's related to GE Security, for instance, they have output expanders which only differ by being ANPI or not. Same product number but with added ANPI to it. Top tip: if you ever catch fire, try to avoid seeing yourself in the mirror, because i bet thats what REALLY throws you into a panic and dont forget the one thing you cant recycle is wasted time. GE has specific country codes (ie: UK is 03, PT is 21). As it seems, they are part of every country's catalog. Just wondering what it could mean...
