August 16, 200718 yr comment_175425 a few things to consider if going for a camera with built-in ir they are normally pretty good at using additional ambient light sources. spiders also like to warm their butts on the lens due to (i assume) the heat given off. this means webs get spun which will reflect the ir light source back into the lens at night. although less of a problem with domes than traditional shaped housings but hey still leave 'tracers', so you might also need a long pole with a feather duster attached to clean them off every few nights or so during the summer period. regs alan If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
