John
Hi all, A customer has a credit card machine on his phone line which is stopping a dialler from working. It works fine when cc machine is not connected. Does he need a seperate line for his dialler or is there a workaround??? Filter etc? As you can see, I know sodall about telecoms, so any help would be much appreciated. Fire Member

Some CC machines dial out on demand, some are connected 24/7, make sure you know which sort you have before looking for a fault? Hello Tinnitus my old sparring partner!
