njk57
Hi, I am a local handyman & one old lady that I do work for has an alarm in the house that was present when she moved in 2 years ago. There is no manual or paperwork on the system & no code numbers. The flap has a label inside for a service phone number but none is given. The only ID is the number 9800 on the front. I am trying to find out: 1. The make (neighbour thinks it may have been Bulldog) 2. Where can a manual be sourced? 3. How does she go about getting the code or setting a new one? At present she has no security. Can anyone help? Thanks, Nick Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/19656-help-with-unknown-domestic-alarm-ref-9800/ Share on other sites

nikko
Indeed, a scantronic 9800. If she does'nt know the present code she'll need an engineer to reset the codes for her. Then a new code of her choice can be set-up. I'm just down the A50 and visit Derby quite often. If you like, give me a call on Monday. 07917 017160, Steve. I went up into the attic...I found a Stradavarius & a Picasso. Unfortunately..... Stradavarius couldn't paint, and Picasso made a shocking fiddle.
