I work in Tech support... (Customers help)

Never wired a panel before... lol.

Seems easy.

How far up the management ladder do they need to go to ask????

Suggest that this may require being RESOLVE[D]... (subject to nice hold music)

pending despatch of job back to service bureau...

sorry to sound negative, just couldn't resist - many a happy hour previously spent trying to upload to RESOLVE

Thanks for all the help guys but managed to sort it now.

Tamper has cleared and the panel didn't blow up!

We try cleaning up all the engineers mistakes!!!

Very difficult when they are as bad as our engineers!!! (not many good one's anymore)
