Can someone please help if possible. Bought a place with the above already installed. I can not at the moment remember my access code, if there a way of disabling the alarm without the code, or do i need an enginner to do this.

Unfortunately you need an engineer.

In any event the site rules (have you read them?) would not allow such information to be posted in public.

get in touch with the vendor (through estate agent if needed who may even know the codes) is you best 1st option to get the codes.
