Hi, I have read through everything that's posted on Optima 2 Plus without success. My problem is, something happened the alarm yesterday and now when you walk into the house through the front door the inside alarm make a noise. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this problem? Thanks davidl

Accidently turning the chime on is a common problem for users of this panel. You may as well get yourself a copy of the user guide while your here because its bound to happen again.
