Eurosec/Gardtec CP8L LCD panel has not had alert keys (1&3)programmed in and I can't get installation manual to do it.

Has anyone dealt with this panel before?

No. It's a newly installed alarm in a new build house. I suppose if we can find out who installed the system they can tell us the engineers code and well get it sorted.

Alternatively you could just ask them to come and program the alert keys, as they are likely to charge you for coming and changing your alarm code to a generic one.
