origipolo
Hi there, I recently installed the Aritech CS450. I have 1 keypad attached (CD3008) attached at the moment. Each time I power up the panel the keypad emits a chirp and 'nd - no panel data' is displayed. None of the leds on the panel light up. When I press any button on the keypad the chirp stops. I have checked the wiring (red, black, blue, yellow) all correspond to ABCD->19,20,21,22. I have tried all dipswitch settings.... I still get the same error ??? Can anybody help me out here, any suggestion would be gratefully appreciated... Thank you, Origipolo.
morph
Have you spoken with the supplier of the equipment as they are best placed to support the equipment.

morgan306
I would first double check the address of the keypad, should be all dip switches in the off position, and then check cable between panel data and keypad. I have been using Aritechs for years, and have only ever seen that message once (Because I had wired the data line round the wrong way like a fool!)
