March 14, 200719 yr comment_158172 think its the time that we need more info from sarahc about this were they a regulated firm did they turn up on time how long were they on site did they take there ladders off how much tea did they drink ( important answer ) what exactly they said and did they leave a customer report did they say would have to charge but they would knock it off any more work when could they do the new work what did she really think of there ability to diagnose a fault how did she decide on them etc etc dont name names though edited out remark - Arthur ok - where can we place our bet's?
