Guest Posted March 14, 2007 Share Posted March 14, 2007 think its the time that we need more info from sarahc about this were they a regulated firm did they turn up on time how long were they on site did they take there ladders off how much tea did they drink ( important answer ) what exactly they said and did they leave a customer report did they say would have to charge but they would knock it off any more work when could they do the new work what did she really think of there ability to diagnose a fault how did she decide on them etc etc dont name names though edited out remark - Arthur ok - where can we place our bet's? Didn't actually check til just now. did they turn up on time - They were 20mins late how long were they on site - 10mins did they take there ladders off - Yes, to disable the external bell how much tea did they drink ( important answer ) - None what exactly they said and did they leave a customer report - They said as it was such an old system parts were unavailable so disconnection was my only option did they say would have to charge but they would knock it off any more work - They informed me of charge when I booked them although I asked them to come out to fix it when could they do the new work - Don't know didn't ask them to do more work what did she really think of there ability to diagnose a fault - He didn't test the system and gave the impression he didn't know how to anyway how did she decide on them - I got their details of this web site as they were the only ones in my county I will be shopping around when I am ready to have a new system installed to make sure I get someone reputable Thanks for everyones help Sarah Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
