it hasnt got a chubb lock

ive had a problem with a 9100 it sometimes sets instantly...not all the time tho and the call engineer light flashes when i put the engineer code in..

I think you will find that means that there is a circuit 'on test '

check lock set isnt linked out in panel

more likely

check final door set isnt seing a pir on the way to set the panel so setting when relay throws
