I yesterday had to explain to a engineer(who has been in the industry at least 30 years!!) the difference between a 12 k and a 12 ohm resistor he still did'nt get it when i said 'the difference about a 1000 k'

He could'nt work out why anti masking would'nt work......doughnut!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have had to agree that i have now moved away from the Guardtec 595 for a couple of reasons the main one is board layout and lack of basics. The VR8 is a very easy panel to install but the premier range is very good. We are still awiating the sales persons from europlex to come to the office with the signet but until somthing really nice comes along i have gone back to using the Guardall PX for all my monitored systems. did take a good look at the G2/G3 but too many companies in the area claiming to install them

It'd be closer to 11,988k.
