Its an advent 7001. If not ill have to take it to IT doctors. Not sure if ive asked this question before! I really can't be ar**** with it anymore. I've replaced mine recently i have an amilo fujitsu siemens it was 4 screws and the square cover just slid off!! Most laptops don't need any screws undoing to remove the battery. If you really want to do it yourself you'll need a manual to see how to open it up without damaging anything, and the battery is probably under the keyboard. Why do you think that's the problem anyway?
