Hello over the pond. I had //.National Installer.// install a safewatch pro 2000 and had them monitor it for 2 years. Lightning hit it and after tellling me it was not covered under maintanence, I had them fix it. they put in a low voltage lightning arrestor and my telephones would not ring. I diagnosed, and removed it before their tech came out and I fired them and broke the contract. I have been maintaining it since. Just recently the system went to both keypads giving OC code and alternately beeping. //.National Installer.// must have sent down a code to disable my system. Does anyone know how to re-establish the keypads?
