She can man the alarm, and disable it, but when she tested it out and opened window/door, the alarm does not sound. The system is Eclipse, and about 15 yrs old. She has 3 keypads, 1 for coming in garage, 1 for the main door, and 1 outside her bedroos. She also has glass breaker and sensors . Could it be anything other than the siren?
