How many times did he try and break the side window? One of them nearly gets run over and they dont carry anything to smash a car window?

Fact of the matter is...they are more experienced at catching speeding motorists that they are at stopping lunatics....all plod carry 6 cell maglights..i would of thought you take a swing at anything with one of them and it would open/smash :fear:
