many moons ago they made the car parks in Basildon PAD, my supervisor tried same trick after i paid to go out, barrier came down ropped the arm off it and cracked the windscreen.

my office is only a couple of hundred yards from these bollards, its a weekly occurence seein some car perched on top of them. some very nice and VERY expensive motors

Funny thing is they have transponders on the buses etc but never thought to issue them to the local fire brigade.

Imagine a fire engine stuck 100yds from the scene.
