Thanks for you all for your responses. I see that I need professional assistance to reset the engineer code and re-programme the system.

With regard to my question about ethernet options, what is the position if I do not have the software version 4.XX referred to be bellman. How can I check what version I am running?

If my version is older - can it be upgraded (and is there a cost involved)

Approx. how much would the ethernet module be? would this include some form of monitoring/management software ?

Many thanks

the ethernet module will run on v4.00+ i beleive but i owuld always upgrade to the newest version you r board will support

You can check by using your manager code and selecting display system

Yes it can be upgraded, and difficult to say if it was one of our system it would be foc if on contract.

Ethernent modules you would need to have that quoted by your spplier and no it wouldnt include software. You would need a directors gold licence, again this can be quoted

Please could you give me a rough indication of the sort of cost involved for the ethernet module / software upgrade (if required) and this Gold Director software package.

What exactly would the Gold software allow me to do?

Can the system be accessed remotely via the internet?

Thanks
