August 22, 200619 yr comment_114729 I am having a mental block over this. I have a DS2 that a customer wants to connect to remotely. Passwords are set at default, which is no good. I need to put in customers password. I have done one before, but just can find it this time. Please dont mention the default passwords just where i need to be looking to change them. August 22, 200619 yr comment_114786 Connect with Netviewer as admin, then click set up on the rhs, you can access passwords, delete users etc from there. You cannot delete the admin account unless you set up another user with admin rights and log in as that user.
