January 20, 200422 yr comment_6230 I have recently purchased a house which is fitted with a Scantronic 9600 control panel. My problem is that on occasion it emits a series of bleeps. These do not follow any particular pattern or frequency. The bleeps do not sound like those emitted when making entries on the keypad, they are of a slighly higher pitch. I have not opened the control panel as yet and would appreciate any suggestions from your membership. January 20, 200422 yr comment_6232 Check the log on the panel first and see if there are any faults listed. But I would also suggest that you have smoke detectors fitted and its actually the low battery warning on them. If you are not sure how to check the log, download a user manual hereScantronic Website Colin.
