that code doesn't work, the only code that works is 1234 its the old type alarm (1997)

Back to square one then , you have no user code , so you need your panel defaulting back to factory presets , then 4321 will be your user code.It will then require reprogramming to suit.

well how do i go about doing that then, i had the engineer out twice. the 1st time the disconnected the battery and said it was defulted back to factory settings. do i need to call out another engineer??
