Hi,

I have a job tomorrow involving powering down and reprgramming a panel which the customer tells me has 959 or 929 on it. That's all the info I have for now but naturally I'd like to know what I'm dealing with before I go so as to complete the job in one visit. If any of you has a clue as to what this panel might be I'd appreciate your input.

Sounds like a Scantronic 808 panel :hmm:

That was indeed the one. Thanks for that, chap. Downloaded a manual in pdf format and was able to reprogramme the c/u. The bloke felt he had been stiiffed by his usual alarm company and has given me more work.

What did they do wrong?
