April 11, 200620 yr comment_94982 Can anyone help I have a Veritas Excel alarm with 1 keypad set to address 1. I am trying to connect my laptop to the system to set it up every time I connect the PC-Com cable the internal alarm sounds and a tamper fault is shown. The Veritas UDL software tries to connect but gets no response also when the PC_COM cable is connected the remote keypad goes blank.
