Modern 3200 Series Panel

Hello Forum, trying to locate information to recode a control panel after a power outage which has reset the panel to default code (1234). The LED panel show the error code....flashing 'rt'.

I believe the model has been remarked the scantronic 9800.

Any information or advice , will greatly appreciated (knowing manuals are not available).

:hmm:

Morning fella,

User manual is attached.

Hope it helps

Bellman

P.S. RT indicates Remote Tamper, I.E. too many invalid keypresses without a valid code being typed in. If It has crashed on power failure I'd also check and change the back up battery. It should be changed every 5 years.

Service Engineer and all round nice bloke :-)

The views above are mine and NOT those of my employer.

Bellman - thanks for the post.

I have followed reset procedure - unable to obtain 4 digit Reset code from //.National Installer.// without valid service contract. Ref: User Manual Page 14, section (e).

Any advice welcome?

The Control code shown is 00,00.

Regards

Justin
