Remember the hall PIR has a sleep time after being triggered so you have probably triggered it and not enough time has elapsed.

The battery in the bell could be faulty or the bell unit itself.
If you are getting a company out then i would get the system serviced.
-
Terrible panels. Taking out our last 8136 for upgrade on Monday thank god!
-
How old is the battery?
-
I realise it will be a pain but if you try powering the cameras up from a battery to see what pictures you get at the monitor side.
-
Solid panels but would replace now with up to date kit.
-
The camera looks exactly the same as the System Q Robo IR PTZ
Part No - PTZ950K.
Im not sure if they still supply these now.

We install the Risco Agility panels for wire free and its a good panel for the money.
-
Yep.

The 4 wire keypads come with all new 600,601 panels and will work on the 595 as the later models used the 4 wire. They are readily available to order on the net.
The 2 x WiFi fobs are programmed through the wireless receiver and Prox fobs held in the panel memory.
A simple swap of keypad will have your system up and running again. New 4 wire keypads are blue backlight.

First of all check the glass fuse with a multimeter. If ok then get a new battery as its the load as in amp hrs that the battery has.
If the battery has not been changed in a long time there could be a fault on the board.
-
I would check the output of the battery terminals before buying a battery. These panels were prone to have issues if the battery was not changed.
-
Reset first and if that does not work then its the fuse holder in the battery cable that is either loose or blown.
-
Trust me this is more common than you think. Its fine.
-
Can they e mail you the manual?
-
86 or B8?
Sound like a BB or bb which means there is a fault with the external bell. However with these early panels a battery failure in the main panel could be the problem.
-
Is this an SAS alarms install?
-
Volume pot on the main board.
-
THe Risco cable is decent but CQR cable is the best imo.
-
Put the panel into engineer mode and leave it until sorted.
-
Just buy a new up to date panel and install.
-
I would check the panel fuses first.
-
I will put my money on a battery replacement…….i would advise a service at the same time.

With the 4 button key fob, you can't have multiple part sets. You would need another fob and programme accordingly.
