The paid one allows more than 6 cameras, I would imagine it's ad free but not sure

I think IP Camviewer works, try the free version, not sure about telemetry though

There is just one manager, anpr is in server room and they vnc into it from reception. Not sure if you can have multiple users with different rights, never tried. Ask Videofit mate

Com port 2 prog as comip, baud rate 38400, ip port 10001, arc2 tel no. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/10001, account no 0001, sia level 2/3 with connect via ip and send sia text selected. com1 is com2400 and arc1 is sms messaging. onboard digi set to com2400

As I said earlier, my panel is 7.6, the app works, montex works, wintex works all over IP. There is even a com2400 on it sending sms as well incase broadband goes down (seperate btw, I have cable)

He would have had the panel nvm locked and user code changed to one we use until payment is received if it was us.
Once payment is received over the phone, they get the code and are told how to change it.

Something that I am not sure on, however, when PD6662 is turned on with a Premier, it automatically selects the option of 'No confirm for device tamper', which makes me think that no confirmed should be sent

As an engineer I hate it, useless compared to CASH

We use it, I only have experience of the mobile side on android. It is **** compared to Cash, if there is more than about 10 lines of text in the call description you cant see the rest, there are no scroll up/down arrows. Calls can be deleted from the device by the engineer, if the office delete a call or transfer it to another engineer , the call stays on the original engineers pda which usually means that 2 engineers go to the job. You cannot read the history of previous calls.

Edit: Just seen you have changed it, are you sure it has mains power?
If it does, power down completely then power up battery first then mains.
Are you sure its 10 beeps and not nine? 9 is a tamper fault, 10 is a power issue

No, just advisable to have every device on its own cable, if one cable goes down it only takes out one device.
