what was the price? come on rules are meant to be broken.

you need the master used code, and then navigate to the users menu. then add user. follow on screen instructions. when it says enter code press tick. when it says present tag press tick. when it says press button on remote press button on remote. if it's a fob-2w-4b you can then program certain buttons to do different tasks.

sorry, didn't release zone follow wasn't available for the ion range.

I am not sure they are too concerned about two way to be honest. There is a new firmware in the pipeline that makes the range very flexible. But you could use zone follow like a galaxy link? gen2 is also coming up. This will see the ion16 with web browser - then they are working through the whole range.

eaton is the product to watch now - trust me. new guy in charge and they are cooking on gas.

DD is your man there, never used scannys not on pins. We use the new breed menvier/eaton now - with a mixture of pins and SIA.

oh man, I wouldn't want to be the service engineer who has to change the camera in years to come when they have changed the back boxes so the new camera wont fit inside the old.

can I borrow this? we were asked to default an engineer code this week.. on a gardtec 595.. panel was unlocked.... new company couldn't default it.. we lost the maintenance because they were cheaper...

While we are on the subject of RSS, I have version 2.12 or 2.21 (not 100% sure which one) on disc. can this be updated to most recent version once the disc is installed?

Brilliant. So when an engineer returns to site for a service visit, he inputs the seed code and the account number and it spits out the engineer code? How does the engineer know the seed code?
