oh man, I wouldn't want to be the service engineer who has to change the camera in years to come when they have changed the back boxes so the new camera wont fit inside the old.

can this be updated to most recent version once the disc is installed?

We had the LED issue. Nothing since updating camera firmware. I was informed it was caused by an apple device remotely accessing the machine for the first time, causing the glitch.
When you say die.. Do you mean for good, or crashes and in need of a reboot?
For years and years we have fitted our own Spurs with no certificates or proper testing, until recently.
do you guys add a set price for a spur onto your quote to the customer? It becomes difficult in a domestic environment when the location of a control panel can change so quickly on install day.
