We have a position for a full time service / install engineer.
The right person should have enough experience the be out on the road within a week of joining our team.
In return we would offer a 37.5 hour working week with a competitive wage package, brand new van and all the other usual stuff.
You would be working on, intruder, cctv, access control and fire alarms although additional training would be given if needed.
PM or email me for more info.

We have been using Google cloud for 6 months now with very few problems, infact the benefits have easy outweighed the few small problems, not to mention the savings ££££££

I once put my hand in a void to grab a cable that I had pushed up from another void. I managed to grab hold of a 30amp JB with no lid on it.
It almost knocked me off the top of the step ladders I was stood on at the time, my god it hurt.

UPDATE
Following some faults on an installation that was not mine, but happened to be using e-line detectors, bear in mind
that if you are going to corner fix on one edge only, beware the back tamper plate.
As you can see above, I haven't screwed it down being G2 and a perfectly plastered corner.
However, on the rough walls where I visited, this meant that when the PIR was pushed home,
the plate was being pushed out JUST enough to seem ok until temperatures changed, perhaps.
At this time the sensor went in, and then out, of tamper.
This is ESPECIALLY the case if right hand fixings are used on a rough wall, as then the removeable
plate really can 'hinge' out the way, far more so than if fixed on the left where the tamper peg is.
We would use 3 screws for this one on each side as a proper fixing and one for the break out plate.

and connected to a map 6 for the more modern systems lol
Don't forget your zone resistors
-
And some king of sponge type stuff inside that go's like wet glue with age.
-
Lol, chub lock
-
I will stick with AM then
-
Anyone know how much CASH is?
-
Sure a fish finger butty would be more suitable.
-
Special chicken tika vindaloo here, love it. Only have it about once a month though.
I love spicy food.
-
Ah, music policy a bit too hard house and not enough funk?
Google canal st Manchester, you will soon find out why.
-
Lol, we have a pub / night club on Canal St in Manchester on the books, let's just say not my kind on place.
The fire alarm is **** and often go's into fault, they won't pay for a new system.
It cuts the sound system in fault or fire most often on a Saturday night at 1am. They phone up going mad as they lose so much £££.

We found a way

When I went on the 2 weeks sales training academy with ADT in Birmingham they allowed us 2 pints a night in the hotel paid for by them along with a meal worth upto £20,00 after that you had to pay out your own pocket.
Let's just say it cost me a fortune as we went out on broad street most nights on the pi$$
-
When I say drinks I mean within reason unless I am with them and have a bit of a night out at the end of the job..
-
If our lads work away, and they do quite often we pay for all meals and drinks regardless.
-
Lol, that's going to save a couple of quid.
-
I think I will pull up a chair and open a beer, this could be a funny thread
-
Not really.
-
Ours turned out to be cr@p feeding back from the external sounder. Fixed on the 1st visit with a relay.
Funny thing is it was a texecom bell the same as you supplier uses.
-
Argus wigan?
We had a internal sounder wired in the bell output did the same on a optima. A relay fixed the problem.
-
I just use the Co-pilot app on my iPhone cost me £17.99 and it's very good.

Might I add that you would be working from our offices in Wigan, so you would need to live within 15 miles of our office if possible.
